Your order is a binding B2B offer. peaksly checks capacity, country, tax case and deliverability, then accepts or declines in writing within two working days — the contract only comes into existence upon acceptance. A call stays optional, never a requirement.

All amounts net. Allowances for search prompts apply in total per plan and month.

2One-off setup — a fixed part of the order

Setup runs in writing and asynchronously; a kick-off call is not a requirement. Its scope grows with prompts, projects and markets — which is why the three setup fees differ.

  • Recording company, brand, domain and name variants; separating the booked projects
  • Defining market, language, topics and competitors
  • Creating and aligning the prompt catalogue (50, 150 or 350 prompts)
  • Documented measurement plan with AI search engines, model-version/search-mode limits and quality rules
  • Technical start configuration with cost and format probes
  • Baseline test run and calibration of warning and review rules
  • Setting up the reporting channel in DE or EN with a documented handover (delivery: PDF report)

3Choose add-ons optional

Blocks available after capacity review become part of your customer offer. “Conditional” items can be added but apply only upon express acceptance by peaksly.

Deep Audit and the quick check are mutually exclusive (30-day crediting); likewise +50/+100 prompts and GEO URL audit 25/100. The additional AI search engine costs €99, €259 or €609 per month depending on the chosen plan.

5Acknowledgement

Business customers only: no statutory consumer right of withdrawal applies. Orders from consumers are not accepted.
